@geforce5591 I own both the sliepnir and have just aquired the absolution as well. I hae to say the sliepner with faction resist and an XL faction shield booster is a beast. Can pretty much recover full shield capacity in? just four reps, cap needs careful management though. I killed a nighthawk & huricane in it just last week.
Sory to say it my friend but that is a truly horrible fit. You have gone full active tank with the two armor reps but you? have no cap booster so your going to neut yourself in no time and because your ship needs cap to fire it’s lasers you will be dead in the water. A better fit would be a passive tank 1600 mil tunston plate, sacrifice the web / discrupt for a scram, drop the repers and get a plate on.

Eve online is a complicated game to learn. If you try it do not skip the tutorial and be sure to look for an experienced player to help you out. Believe me some of the game’s most usefull tools are things you just won’t figure? out on your own. Hell I didn’t even know there was a directional scanner for 4 months and it really would have saved my ass a lot.
I didn’t see you fight another command ship like a sleipnir? or nighthawk.
